Just Relax

At the end of the day, when I'm tired of studying, I stop for 10 minutes.

I make an herbal tea.

I burn a candle.

I enjoy my little relax corner.

Verso sera, quando sono stanca di studiare, mi fermo per 10 minuti. 

Preparo una tisana.
Accendo una candela.

Mi godo il mio angolo-relax.

How to create your own relax corner:

- Reorganize your room: a well organized room means a well organized mind. So throw away all unnecessary objects and replace furniture: you need more space to open your mind.

- Place objects you like around you. In my relax corner I have some souvenirs I bought in Paris years ago.

- Burn a good-smelling candle to make the atmosphere more pleasant. I recommend: do not mix scents, always choose the same fragrance . Mixing fragrances is unpleasant and could cause nausea or headache. I really love IKEA candles, they're cheap and they smell really good, especially I love rose essence.

My favorite herbal tea is Yogi tea Ginger and Lemon tea. In every tea bag is written an inspiring quote, and I think it's a really nice idea.

Come creare il vostro angolo per il relax:
- Riorganizzate la vostra camera: una camera ordinata vuol dire una mente ordinata. Quindi gettate tutti gli oggetti non necessari e cambiate posizione ai mobili: avrete bisogno di uno spazio più aperto per aprire la vostra mente.

- Circondatevi di oggetti che vi piacciono. Nel mio angolo ci sono dei souvenir che ho comprato anni fa a Parigi.

- Accendete una candela con un buon odore per rendere l'atmosfera più piacevole. Mi raccomando, non mescolate gli odori ma scegliete sempre la stessa fragranza. Mescolarle, oltre ad essere sgradevole, può causare nausea o mal di testa. Personalmente, amo le candele IKEA, sono economiche ed hanno un buon profumo, in particolare a me piace l'essenza di rosa.

- Preparate una tisana, o se volete preparatevi un drink. Per la ricetta del mio drink Arancia e More CLICCATE QUI. Il mio infuso preferito è lo Zenzero e Limone di Yogi Tea. Su ogni bustina è riportata una frase che vi dà positività ed è davvero un'idea carina.

Everyday Nail Polishes (passepartout)

Considering that when I'm away from home my nail polish often peels off, I almost never put it on. So I started to buy and put on naked-pink-beige nail polishes. Their color blends with the nails ones, so imperfections don't really stand and nonetheless your hands would look well refined.

4 and 8 are intense beige nail polishes and you will notice the difference between the nail polish color and your nail color but they're really pretty for fall. 

I'm now using KIKO n209 "rosa Barbie french".

Considerando che quando sono fuori casa lo smalto mi si sbecca sempre, non lo metto quasi mai. Quindi ho iniziato a comprare e indossare smalti color nudo-rosa-beige. Il loro colore si confonde con il colore delle unghie e le sbeccature o le imprecisioni non si notano molto e le mani avranno un aspetto curato lo stesso.

I numeri 4 e 8 sono beige intensi e si noterà la differenza tra il colore dello smalto e quello dell'unghia ma sono colori perfetti per l'autunno.
Io sto usando il n209 di KIKO "rosa barbie french".

Fashion Mood of the day

Hi  girls! I really enjoyed on Polyvore today! I think I'll make more "fashion mood" posts, it's really funny for me and maybe it could be interesting for readers, just to get some ideas :) 

I'm not sure this peplum could fit on me, because it's quite short and I think that the seam in that position would stand out big hips.. However I could wear a simply white shirt! The jacket instead fits perfectly because it covers critical points!

Credo che farò una rubrica "Fashion mood of the day", per me è davvero divertente e per voi potrebbe essere interessante, giusto per prendere qualche spunto :) Non sono sicura che il peplo mi stia bene, è abbastanza corto e la cucitura in vita potrebbe risaltare i fianchi abbondanti.. Ma potrei sostituirlo con una camicia bianca! La giacca invece va benissimo perchè copre i punti critici! Vi piace?
