Just Relax

At the end of the day, when I'm tired of studying, I stop for 10 minutes.

I make an herbal tea.

I burn a candle.

I enjoy my little relax corner.

Verso sera, quando sono stanca di studiare, mi fermo per 10 minuti. 

Preparo una tisana.

Mi godo il mio angolo-relax.

How to create your own relax corner:

- Reorganize your room: a well organized room means a well organized mind. So throw away all unnecessary objects and replace furniture: you need more space to open your mind.

- Place objects you like around you. In my relax corner I have some souvenirs I bought in Paris years ago.

- Burn a good-smelling candle to make the atmosphere more pleasant. I recommend: do not mix scents, always choose the same fragrance . Mixing fragrances is unpleasant and could cause nausea or headache. I really love IKEA candles, they're cheap and they smell really good, especially I love rose essence.

 - Make an herbal tea, or if you want a home made drink. Orange and blackberries drink CLICK HERE
My favorite herbal tea is Yogi tea Ginger and Lemon tea. In every tea bag is written an inspiring quote, and I think it's a really nice idea.

Come creare il vostro angolo per il relax:
- Riorganizzate la vostra camera: una camera ordinata vuol dire una mente ordinata. Quindi gettate tutti gli oggetti non necessari e cambiate posizione ai mobili: avrete bisogno di uno spazio più aperto per aprire la vostra mente.

- Circondatevi di oggetti che vi piacciono. Nel mio angolo ci sono dei souvenir che ho comprato anni fa a Parigi.

- Accendete una candela con un buon odore per rendere l'atmosfera più piacevole. Mi raccomando, non mescolate gli odori ma scegliete sempre la stessa fragranza. Mescolarle, oltre ad essere sgradevole, può causare nausea o mal di testa. Personalmente, amo le candele IKEA, sono economiche ed hanno un buon profumo, in particolare a me piace l'essenza di rosa.

- Preparate una tisana, o se volete preparatevi un drink. Per la ricetta del mio drink Arancia e More CLICCATE QUI. Il mio infuso preferito è lo Zenzero e Limone di Yogi Tea. Su ogni bustina è riportata una frase che vi dà positività ed è davvero un'idea carina.

Hi guys this is my september favorite light drink!

What you need: 
- some frozen blackberries
- 1/2 glass of orange juice
- 1/2 glass of still or sparkling water
- lemon juice
- Brown sugar (if you want)

Put all the ingredients into a glass, mix them then and taste it ;)  Let me know if you try it and what you think about it ;)

- 1/2 bicchiere di acqua naturale o frizzante
- succo di limone
- zucchero di canna (facoltativo)

What's in my skin care box TAG

Hi guys today I want to show you what's in my skin care box. I use these products every day before going to bed to remove all my make up and clean my face.
I use them since last year  and they're my favorites at the moment.

1. Lush soap "sea vegetable". I really love this soap, it smells really good and one side is made of coarse salt so you can use it as scrubber. Il cleans deeply and minimizes my pores. More over it costs only 7/8$ and lasts several months. Really love it!

2. Sephora body butter. It's a moisturizing after shower cream and it smells of blackberries. I love the creamy and thick texture of this butter.

3. L'oreal Paris gentle make up remover. It 's nothing special, just a make up remover. It works, it's gentle, it's cheap. (7.95$).

4. Vichy Aqualia Thermal moisturizer. It's my face moisturizer, but it's quite heavy for my face so I use it when my face skin is particulary dry or on dry zones (under my eyes and on my cheeks). (30$)

5. Vichy Normaderm Purifying gel. It's an aggressive gel, specific for oily skin. Use it with caution, only for short periods on oily areas (T-zone). (25$)

1. Lush "sapone di mare". Amo questo sapone, sa di pulito e da un lato ha all'interno del sale grosso che si può usare come scrub. Pulisce in profondità e minimizza i pori. In più costa 4.95€ e dura mesi e mesi! Lo adoro!

2. Burro sorpo alla mora Sephora. E' un balsamo corpo idratante e profuma di more. Adoro la sua consistenza densa e  cremosa.

3. Struccante delicato L'Oreal . Non è niente di speciale. Funziona, è delicato ed è economico. (5€ circa)

4. Aqua Thermalia Vichy. E' la mia crema idratante per il viso, è un po' pesante per il mio viso quindi la uso solo quando la mia pelle è particolarmente secca o sulle zone secche (zigomi e guance). (22€)

5. Normaderm Gel Purificante Vichy. E' un gel aggressivo, specifico per la pelle grassa. Va usato con cautela, solo per brevi periodi e su zone oleose come la zona T. (15€)

DIY Bath salts Orange & Cinnamon

Today I did bath salts at home. It takes very few ingredients and everyone is easy to find.


You will need:
-1 kg of coarse sea salt (35 oz)
-100 grams of cinnamon sticks (3.5oz)
-50 grams of coriander seeds (1,5 oz)
-Orange essential oil (for cosmetic use, I recommend!)

Procedure:Ground cinnamon and coriander into dust, add salt  and mix it well. Add 20 drops of orange essential oil and continue stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
Et voila, your bath salts are ready for use! Let them dissolve into hot water a few minutes before bathing.. and now just relax! :)

Oggi ho fatto i sali da bagno in casa. Servono davvero pochi ingredienti e sono tutti facili da trovare.

Occorrente: 

-1kg di sale marino grosso da cucina

-100gr di cannella in stecche

-50gr di semi di coriandolo

-Olio essenziale di arancia (per uso cosmetico)

Procedimento:
Macinate la cannella e il coriandolo in polvere, aggiungere il sale e mescolate bene. Aggiungete 20 gocce di olio essenziale di arancia e mescolate il composto finchè non risulta omogeneo.

Et voilà, i vostri sali da bagno sono pronti per l'uso. Lasciateli sciogliere in acqua calda qualche minuto prima di fare il bagno! e ora, rilassatevi! :)

Everyday Nail Polishes (passepartout)

Considering that when I'm away from home my nail polish often peels off, I almost never put it on. So I started to buy and put on naked-pink-beige nail polishes. Their color blends with the nails ones, so imperfections don't really stand and nonetheless your hands would look well refined.

4 and 8 are intense beige nail polishes and you will notice the difference between the nail polish color and your nail color but they're really pretty for fall. 

I'm now using KIKO n209 "rosa Barbie french".

Considerando che quando sono fuori casa lo smalto mi si sbecca sempre, non lo metto quasi mai. Quindi ho iniziato a comprare e indossare smalti color nudo-rosa-beige. Il loro colore si confonde con il colore delle unghie e le sbeccature o le imprecisioni non si notano molto e le mani avranno un aspetto curato lo stesso.

I numeri 4 e 8 sono beige intensi e si noterà la differenza tra il colore dello smalto e quello dell'unghia ma sono colori perfetti per l'autunno.
Io sto usando il n209 di KIKO "rosa barbie french".

School Accessories

These are some accessories I would wear for school. Pale colors are bright and they're great during the day. This fall trend is again rose gold, so green light to rose gold rings, bracelets, earring and necklaces. If you don't have rose gold jewellery you can wear together some gold and some pale pink bracelets, so that the reflection of the pink ones make the gold ones seems rose gold.

Questi sono gli accessori che indosserei per la scuola. I colori pastello sono luminosi e perfetto per il giorno.  Il trend dell'autunno è ancora l'oro rosa, quindi via libera ad anelli, orecchini, bracciali e collane tutti d'oro rosa! Se non ne avete, potete indossare insieme ad esempio braccialetti sia rosa che oro. Il rosa rifletterà sull'oro dando l'impressione che siano oro-rosa.

Back to school curvy outfit!

 

Hi girls! This is an example of school outfit. It is really girly and comfortable at the same time and I love it! I choose a white top because it brings out your tan, but you can play with colors! Lace sleeves hide chubby arms without covering, so you'll feel you're in thank top and if it's warm outside you can even take the lace shirt off during lunch break.  You can match sneakers or flats, as you prefer.

Ciao ragazze! questa è la mia proposta di outfit per la scuola. E' davvero femminile e comodo allo stesso tempo ed io lo adoro! Ho scelto un top bianco perchè risalta l'abbronzatura estiva, ma ovviamente potete giocare con i colori! Le maniche in pizzo nascondono le braccia cicciottelle senza doverle coprire, quindi avrete la sensazione di essere in canottiera e se in pausa pranzo fa caldo potrete togliervi la maglia in pizzo e restare in canottiera. Potete abbinare scarpe da ginnastica o ballerine, come preferite!

Fashion Mood of the day

Hi  girls! I really enjoyed on Polyvore today! I think I'll make more "fashion mood" posts, it's really funny for me and maybe it could be interesting for readers, just to get some ideas :) 

I'm not sure this peplum could fit on me, because it's quite short and I think that the seam in that position would stand out big hips.. However I could wear a simply white shirt! The jacket instead fits perfectly because it covers critical points!

Credo che farò una rubrica "Fashion mood of the day", per me è davvero divertente e per voi potrebbe essere interessante, giusto per prendere qualche spunto :) Non sono sicura che il peplo mi stia bene, è abbastanza corto e la cucitura in vita potrebbe risaltare i fianchi abbondanti.. Review Essence anti-spot toner & powder

Hi guys, so today I want to tell you my impressions about Essence Anti-spot toner.
I bought this toner for the first time a year ago (more or less) and I used it  for a couple of week each month since yesterday. Deeply my skin is oily but on top is quite dry, so it's hard for me to find out skin products.
I tryed this one because it's cheap (less than 5€) and it has a powder inside which should dry your skin.
It smells like mint and gives freshness to your face, very pleasant in summer or after a workout.
The powder inside isn't miraculous, indeed I have not noticed improvements, except for blackheads which are slightly lighter than before maybe because I gently persisted with cotton pads on my nose.
So, its best quality is that it refreshes your face and thus reduces redness.
Recommend: so-so

Ciao a tutti! Oggi voglio dirvi la mia opinione sul tonico Anti-macchie di Essence.
L'ho comprato per la prima volta più o meno un anno fa e l'ho usato per un paio di settimane ogni mese fino a ieri. La mia pelle è grassa in profondità ma secca in superficie quindi faccio davvero fatica a trovare dei prodotti per la pelle adatti.Ho provato questo perchè costava poco e mi incuriosiva il fatto che avesse dentro una polvere che avrebbe dovuto asciugare la pelle.
Profuma di menta e dà freschezza a tutto il viso, cosa molto piacevole in estate o dopo la palestra. La polvere che c'è dentro non è miracolosa, anzi, non ho notato miglioramenti se non per i punti neri, che si sono leggermente schiariti, forse perchè ho insistito con il cotone sul naso.
Quindi, la sua migliore caratteristica è che rinfresca il viso e di conseguenza riduce i rossori.
